Service Description: A comparison of planned alternative alignments for mass transit purposes to Park City along state road 224. Three proposed alignments can be studied in relationship to environmental and human population constraints. Environmental constraints include conservation easements, designated open spaces, wetlands, flood zones, soil ordinances, and mining hazards. Human population constraints include structures and residences, road and driveway access points, deed restrictions, and historic or otherwise significant landmarks.
